摘    要:目的:探讨从黄根中提取游离总蒽醌的方法,并对提取方法和工艺条件进行优化。方法:选择提取时间、溶剂配比、料液比等影响因素,在单因素实验基础上,采用3因素、3水平的Box-Benhnken响应面分析法进行工艺优化。结果:优化的提取工艺条件为提取时间3.05 h,溶剂配比0.62∶1.00,料液比1.00∶18.83,提取2次,提取温度60℃时,黄根游离总蒽醌的理论提取率最高,可达0.151%。经验证,此条件下黄根游离总蒽醌提取率为0.152%,与理论值较为接近。结论:通过响应面分析法得到的最优工艺,稳定可行,重复性好。

Abstract:Objective:To extract the total free anthraquinone from Prismatomeria connata and optimize the extraction process.Methods:The effects of extraction time,solvent volumn ratio and the ratio of material to liquor on extraction technology were studied.Based on the single-factor experiments,a Box-Behnken design(BBD) of three factors at three levels each was applied to optimize the extraction process.Results:The optimum conditions were as follows:extraction time:3.05 h;solvent volumn ratio:0.62:1;the ratio of material to liquor:1:18.83.The highest theoretic extraction rate of the total free anthraquinone in Prismatomeria connata reaches 0.151% when extracted twice at 60 ℃.The verification experiments under these conditions show that the yield of total free anthraquinone was 0.152%,which was in consistency with the theoretic value.Conclusion:A model equation that can be used to predict the experimental results istablished through the response surface method.
