地龙蜂蜜浸液皮肤用药安全性及对大鼠血清溶菌酶的影响

摘    要:目的:观察地龙蜂蜜浸液的皮肤过敏反应,探讨地龙蜂蜜浸液对浅溃疡模型大鼠血清溶菌酶的影响。方法:采用动物皮肤过敏实验、皮肤急性毒性实验进行安全性评价,将SD大鼠以随机数字表法分为6组,每组10只,设4个实验组,即完整皮肤1组,完整皮肤2组,破损皮肤1组,破损皮肤2组;另设2个对照组,即完整皮肤对照药物组、破损皮肤对照药物组;通过接种金黄色葡萄球菌液复制大鼠溃疡模型,将大鼠随机分为4组,即模型对照组、对照组、1组、2组。造模成功后连续给药7 d,于末次给药后2 h,采集样本检测血清溶菌酶含量。结果:实验连续观察14 d,各用药组对完整或破损皮肤大鼠未见任何急性中毒症状,肉眼未见分泌物,动物活动自如,饮食正常,各组大鼠体质量比较,无明显差异(P0.05),未发生过敏性反应及急性毒性反应;各用药组血清溶菌酶含量显著高于正常对照组及模型组(P0.01),对照组与1组比较,溶菌酶含量接近,差异无统计学意义(P0.05),两组溶菌酶含量显著高于其余用药组(P0.01)。结论:地龙蜂蜜浸液具有良好的皮肤用药安全性,促进溃疡愈合作用可能与提高血清溶菌酶含量有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the skin allergic reaction of Dilong Honey Immersion,and to explore the effect of Dilong Honey Immersion on serum lysozyme in rats model with ulcer.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (n =10) with 4 experimental groups,namely,complete skin group 1,complete skin group 2,the damaged skin group 1,the damaged skin group 2 and another two control groups,that is,the complete skin control drug group and the damaged skin control drug group.By inoculation of Staphylococcus aureus fluid to the modeled ulcer rat,the rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely,model control group,control group,group 1 and group 2.After 7 days of continuous administration,the serum lysozyme content was measured at 2 h after the last administration.Results:After 14 days of continuous observation,no acute poisoning symptoms were observed in all the groups of rats.No secretions were observed with naked eyes.The animal's movement and the appetite were normal.There was no significant difference in body weight between the two groups (P < 0.01).The content of lysozyme in the control group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group and the model group(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the content of lysozyme of other groups were close to that of the control group without acute toxicity (P > 0.05).The content of lysozyme in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the other groups (P < 0.01).Conclusion:Dilong Honey Immersion can significantly accelerate the healing process of ulcer with adequate safety to skin,the mechanism of which may be related to the improvement of serum lysozyme content in rats.
