内功点穴法配合艾灸治疗第三腰椎横突综合征临床研究

目的:观察内功点穴法配合艾灸治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为第三腰椎横突综合征的60例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用内功点穴法配合艾灸进行治疗,对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗。每日1次,6次为1个疗程,休息1 d,开始第2疗程,2个疗程结束后进行疗效评定,比较两组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、日本骨科学会腰痛疗效评定量表(Japanese orthopaedic Association scores,JOA)积分以及临床疗效。结果:治疗结束后,治疗组VAS评分为(1.67±0.72)分,JOA评分为(25.78±7.69)分,有效率为96.67%;对照组VAS评分为(3.42±0.94)分,JOA评分为(21.32±7.23)分,有效率为83.33%。两组各项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:内功点穴法配合艾灸治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效显著。

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Massage Therapy with Moxibustion in the Treatment of the Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the acupoint massage therapy with moxibustion in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:60 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in the treatment group with acupoint massage therapy with mosibustion,30 cases in the control group with conventional massage treatment.Both groups were treated in two courses which consists of six days for treatment and one day for rest.Curative effectiveness was assessed after the two courses.Compared pain visual analogue scores and lumbar Japanese Orthopaedis Association scores of the two groups after two courses.Results:After treatment,VAS scores of treatment group was (1.67 ± 0.72)points,JOA scores of treatment group was(25.78 ± 7.69)points,and the effective rate was 96.67％;VAS scores of control group was (3.42 ± 0.94) points,JOA scores of control group was (21.32 ± 7.23) points,and the effective rate was 83.33％.Compared each indexes of two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage therapy with moxibustion in the treatment of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome is significant.
