中药灌肠配合经皮肾穿刺置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗急性梗阻性肾衰竭临床研究

目的:探讨中药灌肠配合经皮肾穿刺置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗急性梗阻性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法:56例急性梗阻性肾衰竭患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组28例。对照组给予经皮肾穿刺置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药灌肠治疗。两个月后,比较两组患者临床疗效、证候积分、肾功能。结果:治疗后,观察组的中医证候积分为(23.97±4.68)分,对照组为(26.47±5.23)分,观察组的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血肌酐、尿素氮水平均降低,内生肌酐清除率均提高,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.05)。观察组有效率(92.8%)高于对照组有效率(67.8%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中药灌肠配合经皮肾穿刺置入中心静脉导管持续引流治疗急性梗阻性肾衰竭临床疗效显著,且可改善患者肾功能。

Clinical Research on Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Combined with Percutaneous Renal Puncture Central Venous Catheter Continuous Drainage in the Treatment of Acute Obstructive Renal Failure

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with percutaneous renal puncture central venous catheter continuous drainage in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure.Methods:56 patients with acute obstructive renal failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 28 cases.The control group was treated with percutaneous renal puncture central venous catheter continuous drainage,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group.Two months later,compared the clinical efficacy,syndrome score and renal function of the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,TCM syndrome score of the observation group was(23.97 ± 4.68) points,and the control group was(26.47 ± 5.23) points,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the two groups were decreased,and the creatinine clearance rate in the two groups were improved(all P ＜ 0.05).The improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(92.8％) was higher than that of the control group (67.8％),the difference was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with percutaneous renal puncture central venous catheter drainage in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure has significant clinical efficacy,which can improve renal function.
