中医综合疗法治疗早期创伤性半月板损伤临床研究

目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗早期创伤性半月板损伤临床疗效。方法:选取96例早期创伤性半月板损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组48例。两组均予以运动疗法,治疗组同时予以中医综合治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后膝关节活动度、肌力、Lysholm膝关节评分,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后两组患者膝关节活动度、肌力均高于治疗前,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组患者Lysholm膝关节各项评分及总分均高于治疗前,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。对照组有效率为83.3%,治疗组有效率为97.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发生明显不良反应。结论:中医综合疗法治疗早期创伤性半月板损伤,安全可靠,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,提高生活质量。

Clinical Study on TCM Comprehensive Therapy in Treatment of Early Stage Traumatic Meniscus Injury

Objective:To explore the clinical effacacy of comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy in treatment of early stage traumatic meniscus injury.Methods:Forty-six patients with early stage traumatic meniscus injury were randomly divided into control group (n =48) and study group (n =48).Both groups were given treatment of exercise therapy,and in addition to that the study group received comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.The knee movement,the muscle strength,the Lysholm knee score,and the incidence of adverse events of both groups were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the knee activity,the muscle strength and the Lysholm knee score of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P ＜ 0.05),and all of the indexes of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 83.3％,which was significantly higher than that (97.9％) of the study group (P ＜ 0.05).There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine therapy in treatment of early stage traumatic meniscus injury is safe and reliable,and it can effectively improve the patient's knee function as well as the quality of life.
