电针治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛临床研究

目的:探讨电针治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛的疗效及对患者血清中P物质水平的影响。方法:将130例慢性非特异性下腰痛患者随机分为对照组65例和观察组65例。对照组口服西乐葆胶囊,每次200 mg,每天2次。观察组在对照组基础上采取电针治疗。两组连续治疗4周。比较两组疼痛强度评分、指地距离及临床疗效,检测患者血清中P物质水平。结果:治疗2周和4周后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分和指地距离明显少于对照组(P0.01)。观察组有效率为93.85%,明显优于对照组80.00%(P0.05)。治疗2周和4周后,观察组患者血清中P物质水平明显低于对照组同期水平,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:在常规西医基础上电针治疗慢性非特异性下腰痛疗效明显,其作用机制可能与下调患者血清中P物质水平有关。

Clinical Study of Electro-acupuncture in Treatment of Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain

Objective:To observe effect of electro-acupuncture in treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain and its influence on serum level of substance P.Methods:One hundred thirty cases with chronic nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into control group (65 cases) and observation group (65 cases).The control group was given with Celebrex capsule,200mg/time and bid.In addition to that of the control group,the observation group was treated with electro-acupuncture.The treatment course was 4 weeks for both groups.The VAS score,FFD and efficacy were compared between two groups.The serum level of substance P was detected in both groups.Results:Two and 4 weeks after treatment,the VAS score and FFD were significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.85％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Two and 4 weeks after treatment,the serum level of substance P was significantly lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:The efficacy of electro-acupuncture in treatment of patients of chronic nonspecific low back pain is significant,the mechanism of which may be related to the down-regulation of the substance P.
