大秦艽汤对急性脑梗死患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

目的:观察大秦艽汤对急性脑梗死患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取140例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组和大秦艽汤组,对照组给予西医基础治疗,大秦艽汤组在对照组基础上加用大秦艽汤口服。观察治疗后两组患者血清炎性因子水平,包括白细胞介素-8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)和白细胞等。结果:治疗后大秦艽汤组患者血清炎性因子水平均较对照组患者降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:大秦艽汤对急性脑梗死患者血清炎性因子水平影响显著。

The Influence of Daqinjiao Tang on Serum Inflammatory Cytokines in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the effect of Daqinjiao Tang on serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:140 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group and Daqinjiao Tang group.The control group was given the basic treatment of Western medicine,and Daqinjiao Tang group was treated with Daqinjiao Tang based on the control group.The levels of serum inflammatory factors in two groups after treatment were observed,including interleukin-8 (IL-8),interleukin-6 (IL-6),tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α),homocysteine (Hey),C-reactive protein (CRP) and white blood cells,etc.Results:After treatment,serum inflammatory factors of Daqinjiao Tang group were lower than that of control group patients (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Daqinjiao Tang has significant effect on serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with acute cerebral infarction.
