肾性高血压的中医药治疗进展

肾性高血压的主要发病机制为肝肾亏虚,其根本在于阴阳的失调、脏腑功能的虚衰,治疗上多从滋补肝肾、平肝潜阳、活血、化痰等角度入手。现代研究表明,中医药治疗肾性高血压的机制主要有以下几个方面:(1)改善血管生理功能;(2)改善水钠潴留,保护肾脏;(3)抑制肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统;(4)干预神经系统活动;(5)影响其他调节肾脏分泌的活性物质。

Progress of TCM Treatment of Renal Hypertension

The main pathogenesis of Renal hypertension is Liver and Kidney deficiency,which is caused by the imbalance of the Yin and Yang as well as the dysfunction of the Zang and Fu organs.In treatment,TCM methods of nourishing Liver and Kidney,tonifying Liver yin to regulate Liver Yang,activating Blood,dispelling Phlegm and others can be used.Modern researches suggests that the main mechanisms of Chinese medicine treatment of renal hypertension are the followings:① improving the physiological function of blood vessels;② improving the retention of water and sodium to protect the kidneys;③ inhibiting the RAAS system;④ intervening the activity of nervous system;⑤ affecting other active substances that regulating the renal secretion activities.
