心复康胶囊治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证临床研究

目的:观察心复康胶囊治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:90例冠心病稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证患者随机分为观察组45例和对照组45例。对照组给予冠心病稳定性心绞痛临床规范化药物治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予心复康胶囊,用法:每次4粒,3次·d-1,口服。两组疗程均为28d。比较两组患者中医临床症状积分、临床疗效及心电图疗效。结果:观察组治疗后胸闷、胸痛、气短、心悸不宁、口干不饮、中医症状总积分均显著低于治疗前(P0.05),且观察组治疗后均优于对照组(P0.05);观察组、对照组临床疗效分别为88.9%和73.3%,心电图有效率分别为84.4%和68.9%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:心复康胶囊治疗冠心病稳定性心绞痛气虚血瘀证临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Stable Angina Pectoris of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Xinfukang Capsule in treating stable angina pectoris with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:90 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was given the Clinical standardized drug therapy of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.The observation group was treated with Xinfukang Capsule on the basis of the control group,usage:4 tablets each time,3 times a day,orally.The two groups were treated with 28d.Compared the clinical symptom score,clinical efficacy and ECG efficacy of the two groups.Results:The observation group after treatment chest tightness,chest pain,shortness of breath,palpitation restless,dry mouth does not drink,the total score of TCM symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment(P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group after treatment was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group and control group were 88.9％ and 73.3％,respectively.The effective rate of ECG was 84.4％ and 68.9％,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Xinfukang Capsule has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris.
