面部悬吊针法结合胫五针治疗黄褐斑临床研究

目的:观察面部悬吊针法结合胫五针治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用单纯胫五针取穴,治疗组采用面部悬吊针法结合胫五针取穴。治疗3个疗程后,观察两组患者临床疗效,黄褐斑颜色、面积及下降指数积分的变化。结果:黄褐斑斑色、黄褐斑面积及下降指数积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组临床有效率93.33%,对照组83.33%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:面部悬吊针法结合胫五针治疗黄褐斑临床疗效显著。

Clinical Study on Facial Chloasma Suspension Acupuncture Combined with Tibial 5-Needle in Treating Chloasma

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of facial chloasma suspension acupuncture combined with tibial 5-needle in treating chloasma.Methods:60 cases according to the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given pure tibial 5-needled acupoints,and the treatment group was treated with facial needle suspension method combined with tibial needle acupuncture.After 3 courses of treatment,observation of two groups of patients with clinical total efficiency,chloasma color change,chloasma area and decline index score.Results:Yellow brown spot color,area of chloasma and decline index scores in the treatment group superior than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was 93.33％,the control group was 83.33％,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).conclusion:Facial chloasma suspension acupuncture combined with tibial 5-needle in treating chloasma has significant effect.
