扶正化痰汤联合西药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及血气分析指标的影响

目的:探讨扶正化痰汤联合西药对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及血气分析指标的影响,评价临床疗效。方法:选取2015年8月—2016年11月接受治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者92例,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组患者予以西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用扶正化痰汤,观察治疗后两组患者血气指标、肺功能改善情况,同时比较生活质量改善情况、痰量评分、痰液性质评分、咳嗽程度评分,评价临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者的Pa O2、FEV1都有所升高,观察组(82.78±14.90)mm Hg、(66.89±15.89)%]高于对照组(72.23±11.56)mm Hg、(53.78±6.98)%],两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后两组患者的Pa CO2都有所下降,观察组为(45.78±10.23)mm Hg,低于对照组的(58.90±11.45)mm Hg,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,两组患者的呼吸系统症状、日常活动能力以及心理状态都有所提高,且观察组显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的痰量评分、痰液性质评分以及咳嗽程度评分分别为(0.56±0.12)分、(0.45±0.11)分、(0.98±0.24分),显著低于对照组(1.02±0.21)分、(0.98±0.20)分、(1.56±0.28分)],两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者治疗后有效率为95.65%,对照组为76.09%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:扶正化痰汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病能够有效改善患者的肺功能,提高患者的生活质量,临床效果显著。

Effects of Fuzheng Huatan Decoction Combined with Western Medicine on Pulmonary Function and Blood and Qi Indexes in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of Fuzheng Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine on pulmonary function as well as Blood and Qi indexes in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Methods:Forty-two patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who underwent treatment from August 2015 to November 2016 were enrolled in this study.All patients were randomly divided in control group and observation group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the patients in the observation group were treated with Fuzheng Huatan Decoction in addition to that of the control group.The changes of blood gas and lung function were observed in the two groups after treatment.The improvement of quality of life,sputum score and cough score were evaluated and the clinical curative effects of both groups were examined.Results:After treatment,the PaO2 and FEV1 of the observation group (82.78 ± 14.90) mm Hg,(66.89 ± 15.89)％] increased more significantly than that (72.23 ± 11.56) mm Hg,(53.78 ± 6.98) ％] of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,PaCO2 of both groups decreases and that (45.78 ± 10.23)] mm Hg of the observation group was significantly lower than that (58.90 ± 11.45) mm Hg] of the control group (P ＜0.05).After treatment,the respiratory symptoms,daily activities and mental status of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the scores of sputum score,sputum score and cough score of the observation group were (0.56 ± 0.12),(0.45 ± 0.11) and (0.98 ± 0.24) respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (1.02 ±0.21),(0.98 ±0.20) and (1.56 ±0.28 min) (P ＜0.05).The effective rate in the observation group was 95.65％ and that of the control group was 76.09％.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Huatan Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the lung function and improve the quality of life of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.The clinical effect is quite remarkable.
