柴胡疏肝散加味联合达泊西汀治疗肝气郁结型早泄临床研究

目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散加味联合达泊西汀治疗肝气郁结型早泄的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的患者随机分为3组,试验组口服柴胡疏肝散加味联合盐酸达泊西汀;对照西药组口服盐酸达泊西汀;对照中药组口服中药柴胡疏肝散加味,4周为1个疗程。统计患者治疗前后中国早泄患者性功能评价表-5(Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculation-5,CIPE-5)评分、阴道内射精潜伏期(intravaginal ejaculatory latency time,IELT)和配偶性生活满意度评分,对结果进行比较及评价。结果:经治疗后,对照中药组有效率为46.9%,对照西药组有效率为57.6%,试验组有效率为77.4%,试验组有效率明显高于对照两组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),而两对照组的有效率比较无明显差异(P0.05)。试验组治疗后CIPE-5评分、IELT及配偶性生活满意度评分均较对照两组显著改善(P0.05)。结论:柴胡疏肝散加味联合达泊西汀治疗肝气郁结型早泄,临床效果优于单纯应用盐酸达泊西汀或者柴胡疏肝散加味,可显著提高疗效、延长射精潜伏期、改善患者性交时的控精能力,能够疏畅情志、缓解焦虑。

Clinical Study of Modified Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Dapoxetine in Treatment of Premature Ejaculation with Liver Qi Stagnation Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Daptapine in treatment of premature ejaculation with Liver Qi stagnation Syndrome.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.The experimental group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder and Daptapine.The control group was treated with Dapoxetine.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder Four weeks was considered as a course of treatment.Patients' Chinese index of sexual function for premature ejaculatio-5 (CIPE-5) score,intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT) score and spouse life satisfaction score of the three groups before and after treatment were measured and compared.Results:Mter treatment,the effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the control group and the experimental group were 46.88％,57.58％ and 77.42％ respectively.The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than these two control groups (P ＜ 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two control groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Modefied Chaihu Shugan Powder combined with Daptoxetine in treatment of premature ejaculation with Liver Qi stagnation Syndrome can significantly improve the efficacy,extend the ejaculation latency,the ability of controling ejaculation in sexual intercourse as well as improving emotional conditions and easing anxiety.
