甘露聚糖肽治疗扁平疣的临床疗效观察

目的观察甘露聚糖肽治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法将97例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组39例,予重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶和他扎罗汀乳膏外用;治疗组58例,在上述外用药物基础上,加用甘露聚糖肽注射液5mg肌注,隔日一次。治疗8周后观察其有效率。结果治疗组痊愈16例,显效19例,好转16例,无效7例,有效率86.2%;对照组痊愈7例,显效11例,好转10例,无效11例,有效率71.8%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘露聚糖肽联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶和他扎罗汀乳膏外用治疗扁平疣疗效好,优于单纯外用药组,值得临床应用。

The Clinical Obseverations on Effects of Mannatide in Treating Verruca Planae

Objective To observe the clinical effects of for Mannatide verruca planae.Methods Total 97 patients with verruca planae were divided into two groups randomly,39 cases in the control group ,and 58 cases in the treatment group. The patiens in control group was given Recombinant Human Interferonα-2b Gel four times a day,and Tazarotene once per night.Besides, the treatment group was given Mannatide injection once every other day in addition.The leision changes of the two groups were observed after 8 weeks therapy.Results Fifty-eight patients of the treatment group completed the 8-week trial,including 16 cases cured,19 improved remarkably,16 improved,7 no change.The total effective rate was 86.2%.While in the control group,It were 7,11,10,11 cases respectively,the total effective rate was 71.8%.The difference of effective rate between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The therapeutic method of Mannatide is the more prominenly beneficial to patients with verruca planae.
