摘    要:肾脏感染性结石常呈铸型鹿角状,术后结石残留率及复发率较高,是泌尿外科的难题之一。自2003年1月至2005年3月,我们对66例肾脏铸形感染性结石采用微创经皮肾脏穿刺取石术(m in im ally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy,m in i-PCNL)治疗,效果满意。现报告如下。1资料与方

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safty of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mini-PCNL) for renal struvite staghorn calculi.Methods From 2003 to 2005 mini-PCNL was performed in 66 patient(71 cases) 23 to 58 years old(median age 41).The series consists of 19 boys and 47 girls.The mean stone area was 22.5 cm~2(7.5~43.9 cm~2).19 cases were treated via single channel,46 cases via bi-channnel,and 6 cases via tri-channel.Results Of the 71 cases,58(81.7%) underwent mini-PCNL were rendered stone-free.11 cases combined ESWL.Within 3 months,Stone-free was founded in 63 cases(88.7%),residual stones in 8 cases.Blood transfusion was performed in 3 cases.Fever was reported in 19 cases.Conclusion Mini-PCNL is a safe and effective procedure for treating renal struvite staghorn stone.The stone-free rate is elevated through multi-channel technology or conbination of ESWL.
