超临界CO2流体萃取徐长卿中丹皮酚的工艺研究

摘    要:目的确定徐长卿中丹皮酚的超临界CO2流体萃取工艺。方法通过正交试验得到超临界CO2物,并用高效液相色谱法测定萃取物中丹皮酚的含量,以丹皮酚收率为指标评价该工艺。结果超临界CO2流体萃取徐长卿中丹皮酚的最佳工艺为,萃取压力15MPa,温度55℃,萃取时间2h。结论该工艺适合提取徐长卿中的丹皮酚。

Abstract:Objective To establish the extraction process of paeonal in root of paniculate swallowwort by SFE-CO2.Methods We got the extracted material through orthogonal design by SFE-CO2 and determined the content of paeonal by HPLC,which was as the standard to evaluate the test.Results The optimal process was as follows:pressure 15 MPa,temperature 55 ℃,extraction time 2 h.Conclusion The process of SFE-CO2 is suitable for extracting paeonal in root of paniculate swallowwort.
