试从痰瘀同病辨治中风(脑梗死)与鼾眠共病

中风(脑梗死)与鼾眠共病多属本虚标实,其基本病机是脏腑虚损,肾精亏少,气机不畅,水津输布不利,聚生痰浊,阻滞经脉致血行不畅,使痰瘀互结,痰浊瘀血痹阻脑络机窍,痰瘀同病。痰瘀同治是基本治法,痰湿重者,宜温脾醒脑;痰火盛者,宜清肝熄风;风痰盛者,宜豁痰通络;肾亏夹痰者,宜滋肾化痰。

Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Stroke(Cerebral Infarction) Complicated with Snoring Sleep Based on Theory of Phlegm Blended with Blood Stasis

Stroke（cerebral infarction） comlicated with snoring sleep is usually characterized by deficinecy in the root and excess in the branch. Its basic pathogenesis is due to deficency of vescera, insufficiency of kidney essence, dysfunction of qi activity and failure in transportation and distribution of body fluid, and then phlegm blended with blood stasis blocking brain collat- erals. The principle therapy for stroke is simultaneous removing of phlegm and blood stasis. For patients with obvious phlegm and damphess, warming spleening and awakening brain shoud be used; for patients with obvious phlegm-fire, cleaning liver and calming wind should be used; for patients with abundant wind phlegm, eliminating phlegm for resuscitation should be used ; for patients with kidney deficinecy complicated with phlegm, tonifying kidney and resolving phlegm should be used.
