深圳市南山区2011年法定传染病疫情分析

目的 了解2011年南山区法定传染病的流行规律及变化趋势,为制定传染病防制策略提供科学依据.方法 采用描述性流行病学方法对国家疾病报告管理信息系统上报的法定传染病资料进行分析.结果 2011年南山区共报告乙、丙类法定传染病24种6 691例,年发病率为615.03/10万,无甲类传染病报告.报告死亡病例3例,年死亡率为0.18/10万.传染病构成以血源及性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病为主.报告的主要传染病种为手足口病、其它感染性腹泻、肺结核、淋病、梅毒、痢疾和猩红热.结论 血源及性传播疾病和呼吸道传染病是南山区的主要传染病,手足口病、其它感染性腹泻、肺结核等是重点防治的传染病.

Epidemiology Analysis of Infectious Diseases in Nanshan District of Shenzhen in 2011

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious diseases, and provide scientific evidences for preventive strategy. Method A statistical analysis was conducted according to the reported data on infectious diseases from the Diseases Reporting Information System. Results In 2011 ,a total of 6 691 cases in 24 categories with type B and C of communicable disease were reported in Nanshan district with an incidence rate of 615.03/100 000,and the total reported deaths of infectious diseases were 3 cases with a mortality rate of 0.18/100 000. No type A communicable disease was found. Communicable diseases were mainly composed of the intestine, blood and STD and the diseases of respiratory tract infection. Hand-foot-mouth disease, infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis, gonorrhea, syphilis and scarlatina were the major types of the diseases. Conclusions More effective control measures for prevention should be taken for the disease of the intestine, blood and STD and the diseases of respiratory tract infection. The prevention and control work, especially on hand-foot-mouth disease, infectious diarrhea, tuberculosis, should also be strengthened.
