木瓜提取物抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

目的 初步探讨术瓜提取物是否具有抗炎、镇痛作用.方法 通过冰醋酸所致小鼠扭体、二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高及大鼠棉球肉芽肿等实验,研究木瓜提取物的抗炎镇痛作用.结果 木瓜提取物能明显减少小鼠的扭体次数,400 mg/kg木瓜提取物的扭体抑制率为74.9％,与100 mg/kg阿司匹林的抑制作用相近.木瓜提取物低、中、高剂量组均可抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀,降低小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及抑制大鼠肉芽肿,并且木瓜提取物的药效作用随剂量的增加作用增强.结论 木瓜提取物具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用.

An Experimental Study of the Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Papaya Extract

Objective To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of the Papaya extract. Methods Anti- inflammation and antinociceptive effects of extractive of Papaya were evaluated by writhing test, the ear swelling test, the increase in permeability of capillary and granuloma formation. Results The extract of Papaya could obviously reduce writhing response, inhibit ear swelling, decrease the permeability of capillary and restrain granuloma. The effect of 400 mg/kg dosage of Papaya extract was similar to the effect of 100 mg/kg dosage of asprine, but increase in dosage showed a stronger effect. Conclusion Extract of Papaya has analgesia and anti-inflammatory effects.
