日本中医教育的现状及对中医国际教育的启示

剖析日本中医教育的历史与现状,认识到日本中医教育主要存在轻视基础理论、师资队伍匮乏、中医思维薄弱及过度西化等问题。为此,我们应加强海外合作办学的力度,培养高层次的＂洋中医＂;设置中医基础理论与临床辨证论治专门课程,重视中医思维意识的培养,扭转轻视基础理论的局面;与日本各级各类学校开设教师进修班,培养中医教育师资队伍;同时,还应大力开展对古医籍文献的整理研究,开展与日本汉方医学学术团体的合作交流,推广各种中医药资格考试,进一步促进中医教育国际交流与合作。

Current Status of Chinese Medicine Education in Japan and Its Enlightenment on International Education of Chinese Medicine

This paper explored the history and current status of Chinese medical education in Japan and summarized the weak points as follows ： belittling the essential theory, lack of teaching staff, weakness of thinking patterns of Chinese medicine and over emphasizing the thinking patterns of western medicine. This enlightens us to do as follows： to strengthen the cooperation with overseas institutions to train high-level ＂international Chinese medical practitioners＂ ; to design specific courses such as essential Chinese medical theory and clinical treatment based on syndrome differentiation to intensify the awareness of thinking in perspective of Chinese medicine and correct the situation of neglecting the essential theory; to establish the advanced training courses with medical schools or colleges in Japan to provide the high-quality teaching staff for Chinese medical education ; in addition, to work on sorting out ancient classic literatures, enhance the collaboration and exchange with Japanese academic societies of Kampo medicine and develop qualification examinations of Chinese medicine, thus further boost the international cooperation on Chinese medical education.
