血清CYFRA21-1、TPS、CA125和CEA在宫颈癌患者血清中表达的变化

目的：探讨血清细胞角蛋白19片段（CYFRA21-1）、组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）、糖类抗原125（CA125）和癌胚抗原（CEA）在宫颈癌患者中的表达水平。方法宫颈癌患者56例，宫颈上皮内瘤样病变患者25例，健康对照组63例。应用化学发光分析法检测4种血清肿瘤标志物水平，并对所得数据进行统计学处理。结果宫颈癌患者血清 CYFRA21-1、TPS、CA125、CEA的阳性率及水平均高于宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组和健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论血清 CYFRA21-1、TPS、CA125、CEA对宫颈癌患者的诊断、治疗及预后具有一定的临床意义。

The changes of serum CYFRA21-1 ,TPS,CA125 and CEA in patients with cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum levels of cytokeratin 19 fragment （CYFRA21-1） ,tissue polypep- tide specific antigen （TPS） ,carbohydrate antigen 125 （CA125） and carcinoembryonic antigen （CEA） in patients with cervical canc- er. Methods Blood samples of 56 patients with cervical cancer,25 cases with cervical intraepitheliat neoplasia（CIN） and 63 cases of healthy controls were measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay method for four tumor markers. Results Compared with cervi- cal intraepithelial neoplasia group and health control group, the positive rates and levels of CYFRA21-1, TPS, CA125 and CEA in patients with cervical cancer patients were higher,with statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Serum CYFRA21- 1 ,TPS,CA125 and CEA might be valuable to diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of cervical cancer.
