| 摘 要： | 取胃癌手术标本40例,经10%甲醛固定,甲苯胺蓝、Alcian蓝—藏红和GABE液染色,研究胃癌间质肥大细胞计数与癌恶性程度之间的关系。结果表明:胃癌间质肥大细胞的计数与胃癌恶性程度密切相关。恶性程度低组的肥大细胞计数显著高于恶性程度高组(P<0.005)。Alcian蓝—藏红(Csaba法)染色24h,能较好地显示胃癌间质肥大细胞。本文还就上述结果的意义进行了讨论。
