| 摘 要： | 目的检测E钙黏着素（E—cadherin）和波形蛋白（Vimentin）在膀胱癌组织中表达及意义：方法采用免疫组织化学技术检测60例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中E—cadherin和Vimentin的表达，分析二者的相关性及其与膀胱癌病理分级的关系。结果E—cadherin和Vimentin在不同病理分级的膀胱癌组织中的表达差异有统计学意义（P〈o．01），E-cadherin异常表达与Vimentin阳性表达成正相关（r=0．330，P〈20．05）。结论初步证实在膀胱癌的发生、发展中可能存在上皮间质转化（EMT）现象；联合检测E-cadherin及Vimentin对判断膀胱癌患者的预后具有一定的临床价值。
