自制氟烷超声造影剂增强兔肾显像的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨自制氟烷微泡超声造影剂对兔肾的显影作用。方法健康新西兰大白兔10只,耳缘静脉输入自制的白蛋白微泡造影剂O.05ml/kg,分别用二维、彩色多普勒及能量多普勒超声观察白蛋白氟烷超声造影剂对兔肾的显影作用。目测观察造影前后肾回声强度和彩色多普勒及能量多普勒信号的变化。用国产“DFY型超声图像定量分析诊断仪”测量造影前后的回声强度。结果造影后兔肾显影明显增强,彩色多普勒和能量多普勒信号增加,回声强度也明显增强。结论自制白蛋白氟烷超声造影剂可明显增强兔肾显影。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of a self-made albumin perfluorocarbon ultrasound contrast agent in enhancing the imaging of normal rabbit kidney.Methods Ten healthy rabbits were included in the experiment.The kidneys were imaged with two-dimensional,color Doppler and power Doppler imaging before and after intravenous injection of the self-made albumin microbubble contrast agent at a dose of ~0.05 ml/kg.The subjective scores and echo intensity were analysed to evaluate the contrast effects.Results After injection of the microbubble,the color Doppler,power Doppler and grey scale imaging were highly enhanced and the echo intensities were significantly improved.Conclusions The self-made albumin microbubble contrast agent can significantly improve the kidney imaging of rabbits.
