综合干预治疗2型糖尿病60例的疗效探讨

目的探讨综合干预治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为综合干预组与常规治疗组,各60例。综合干预治疗组:除常规药物治疗,辅以糖尿病健康知识教育、心理疏导、量化饮食治疗、量化运动治疗及系统强化管理等措施。常规治疗组:仅常规药物治疗。结果综合干预组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖控制以及糖化血糖控制情况均较常规治疗组显著改善(P<0.01)。结论通过有效的量化饮食治疗、量化运动治疗、坚持药物治疗、加强健康教育、随时病情监测等形成的综合干预措施能够有效控制患者病情,提高患者的生活质量。

Discussion on Clinical Efficacy of 60 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes Treated by Comprehensive Intervention

Objectives To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive intervention treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 120 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into a comprehensive intervention group and the conventional therapy group,with 60 cases in each group. The former,in addition to conventional therapy,were supplemented by diabete health education,psychological counseling,quantitative dietary therapy,quantitative exercise therapy and systemetic management,while the latter were only by conventional drug treatment. Results Fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,fasting blood glucose control and glycated blood glucose control in comprehensive intervention group improved significantly than those in conventional therapy group (P <0.01). Conclusion Integrated intervention measures such as effective quantitative dietary treatment,quantitative exercise,drug treatment,health education,disease monitoring at any time can effectively control the patients' diaeases and improve their quality of life.
