维吾尔族脑血管病危险因素的病例对照研究

目的 :探讨维吾尔族脑血管病的危险因素。方法 :对 88例病人进行 1∶1配比的病例对照研究。结果 :单因素分析筛选出 7个危险因素 ,又经多因素Logistic回归分析出家族史、夜间工作、高血压、喜咸食是主要的危险因素。结论 :提示家族史、经常夜间工作、高血压、喜咸食可能是维吾尔族脑血管病的主要危险因素

A Case Control Study on the Risk Factor of Cerebral Vascular Disease of Vigur People

Aim: In order to investigate the risk factor of cerebral vascular disease (CVD) of Vigur people. Methods: The case-control study of 1:1 proportion for the patients was made. Investigating 88 pairs of cases and their control cases, collecting the exposed situation of 27 factors,applying logistic regression model to conduct the single factor filtration and multiple factor analysis for 27 exposed variables were done. Results: The single factor analysis has filtrated eight significant variables, of which 7 are risk factors including eating little fruits and vegetable, enjoying salty food, working at night frequently , clan history, hypertension history, arthritis history and obesity respectively, But enjoying music is probably a protective factor. The further multiple factor logistic regression analysis was done based on the single factor analysis, working at night, hypertension history, enjoying salty food are the major risk factors. Conclusion:Our study indicated that the clan history, hypertention history, working at night and enjoying salty food are the major risk factor of CVD of the Vigur people.
