Bmi-1和hTERT在结直癌组织中的表达和相关性

目的：：探讨Bmi-1和hTERT在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色法检测Bmi-1蛋白和hTERT表达水平。结果：结直肠癌组织Bmi-1和hTERT的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁正常黏膜(P＜0.05)。Bmi-1、hTERT阳性表达与病理分期、浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移有关(P＜0.05)，与性别和分化程度无关(P＞0.05)。结直肠癌组织Bmi-1和hTERT的表达呈正相关关系(P＜0.05)。结论：Bmi-1和hTERT与结直肠癌的发生发展密切相关，且二者在结直肠癌发生发展中具有协同作用。

EXPRESSIONS AND CORRELATIONS OF BMI-1 AND HTERT IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

[ABSTRACT]Objective: To investigate the actions of Bmi-1 and hTERT in development of colorectal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical stain was used to detect the expression of Bmi-1 and hTERT.Results:The positive expression rate of Bmi-1 and hTERT in colorectal carcinoma were obviously higher than that in para-carcinoma normal mucosa (P<0.05). The positive expression of Bmi-1 and hTERT in colorectal carcinoma were associated with pathological stage, inifltration depth and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05); but not associated with age and differentiated degree (P<0.05). In colorectal carcinoma, the expression of Bmi-1 was positively related to hTERT (P<0.05).Conclusions:Bmi-1 and hTERT are closely related to development of colorectal carcinoma; Moreover, they also have synergistic effects in development of colorectal carcinoma.
