| 摘 要： | 对５８例实验小鼠模型的研究以期为三七中人参皂甙单体Ｒｂ１及Ｒｇ１的抗衰老作用提供实验依据，探讨其抗衰老的机理。２０月抗衰老实验组小鼠分别按９０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重给予三七个参皂甙Ｒｂ１，Ｒｇ１，连续给药３０ｄ，断头取血测工细胞超氧化物睦化酶（ＳＯＤ）及过氧化氢酶（ＣＡＴ）。

| Abstract: | R b1, R g1 extracted from panax notoginsen could increase the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) in white blood cell. The activity of SOD increased 41 85% against the control group while that of R g1 increased 51 68%. The increased activity of CAT in aging mouse was 10%. |
