复方去氧孕烯联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征48例

目的观察复方去氧孕烯联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法75例PCOS患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组48例给予复方去氧孕烯联合二甲双胍治疗,对照组27例单用复方去氧孕烯治疗,2组均用药3个月。治疗前后测定2组血清黄体生成素(LH)、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、测量腰臀比值(WHR),并进行比较。结果2组治疗后LH、LH/FSH、T均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),观察组WHR降低(P<0.05),对照组WHR升高(P<0.05),观察组WHR明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论复方去氧孕烯联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS能有效抑制高LH及高雄激素血症,降低WHR。

Combination of desogestrel with metformin for treatment of 48 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of desogestrel and metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 75 patients with PCOS were randomly divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=27).The patients in observation group were treated with desogestrel and metformin,the patients in control group were treated only with desogestrel,All patients were treated for three months.The serum level of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T) and waist hip ratio(WHR) were assessed and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the levels of LH、LH/FSH and T in two groups decreased significantly,WHR decreased in observation group(P<0.05)and increased in control group(P<0.05),WHR in observation group was lower obviously than this in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Using esogestrel and metformin to treat the patients with PCOS can decrease the serum level of LH,FSH,T and WHR.
