摘    要:癌细胞的糖代谢异常是新近发现的肿瘤组织有别于正常组织的特征之一。研究表明葡萄糖作为主要能量供给者在许多方面与支持细胞功能的合成代谢途径有关,本文主要从有氧糖酵解、戊糖磷酸途径、三羧酸循环等不同糖代谢途径分析胶质瘤细胞增殖的特性,为脑胶质瘤的临床诊断与治疗提供科学的理论依据。

Abstract:Abnormal glucose metabolism in cancer cells is one of the newly discovered characteristics of tumor tissue compared to normal tissue. Studies have shown that glucose as a major energy is, in many aspects, related to synthetic metabolic pathways that support cellular function. This article mainly discusses the characteristics of glioma cell proliferation from the perspective of aerobic glycolysis, the pentose phosphate pathway, and the Krebs cycle, with an aim to provide a scientific, theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of glioma.
