| 摘 要： | 肝癌是一种严重威胁人类健康的疾病，肝癌治疗前需要进行肝储备功能评估，但由于肝结构与功能的复杂性，目前尚无可全面评估肝功能的方法，吲哚菁绿清除试验作为一种能够动态地、迅速地评估肝储备功能的方法被广泛应用于肝癌治疗中肝储备功能评估。本文分析归纳了吲哚菁绿清除试验在肝癌治疗肝储备功能评估中的应用，得出吲哚青绿清除试验在肝癌治疗尤其在肝切除术时能够准确评估肝储备功能，预测术后肝功能不全。

| Abstract: | Liver cancer is a serious threat to human health. Liver reserve function assessment is needed before liver cancer treatment. However, due to the complexity of liver structure and function, there has been no comprehensive method for evaluating liver function. The indocyanine green scavenging test is a method for assessing liver reserve function dynamically and rapidly, and it is widely used in the evaluation of liver reserve function in liver cancer treatment. This paper discusses the application of the indocyanine green scavenging test in the evaluation of hepatic reserve function in liver cancer treatment. It is concluded that the indocyanine green scavenging test can accurately assess liver reserve function and predict postoperative liver dysfunction in liver cancer treatment, especially liver resection. |
