摘    要:目的探讨B超定位经皮输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效,为预防和控制输尿管结石提供科学依据。方法以240例B超定位经皮输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石的患者为实验组研究对象,设立相应对照组,通过对患者采用针对性治疗与观察,采用回顾性方法研究分析手术临床资料。结果本次实验组总有效率达到100%,而对照组(常规)达到90%,两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B超定位经皮输尿管镜治疗输尿管结石效果好于传统治疗。I期取净结石192例,Ⅱ期取净结石48例,结石总取净率为100%。结论输尿管结石治疗具有一定困难和风险的,只有熟练掌握手术治疗方法和相关技能,才能取得较好的手术效果。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the B ultrasound locating percutaneoustreatment of ureteral stones clinical curative effect,for the prevention and control to provide the scientific basis for ureteral calculi.Methods 240 cases of B ultrasound locating percutaneous treatment of ureteral calculi patients in experimental group the research object,the establishment of the corresponding control groups,the patients using targeted therapy and observation,using a retrospective analysis of clinical data of method of operation.Results The experimental group total effective rate reached 100%,while the control group(conventional) reached 90%,two treatment groups had a significant difference(P<0.05),B ultrasound locating percutaneous treatment of ureteral calculi is better than traditional treatment.I remove the calculus in 192 cases of stage II,take the net lithiasis 48 cases,always take the net rate of 100% stones.Conclusion The treatment of ureteral stones with certain difficulties and risks,only mastering intervention operation treatment methods and relevant skills,in order to achievebetter operation effect.
