小剂量氨茶碱联合呼吸功能训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

目的探讨小剂量氨茶碱联合呼吸功能训练治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗效果。方法选取我科收治的102例COPD患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,两组均给予常规抗感染、吸氧、解痉平喘、祛痰等对症支持治疗,对照组在此基础上给予小剂量氨茶碱治疗,观察组在此基础应用小剂量氨茶碱治疗联合呼吸功能训练治疗,观察两组治疗前后的肺功能变化及临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后肺功能指标明显优于对照组,总有效率显著高于对照组,意识恢复时间明显较对照组为短,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小剂量氨茶碱联合呼吸功能训练可有效改善COPD患者临床症状,明显缩短意识恢复时间,增强疗效;康复期患者改善肺功能效果更显著。

Clinical Research of Small Dose Aminophylline Joint Respiratory Function Training Treat Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective To explore therapeutic effect of aminophylline joint respiratory function in small doses training the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods Selected of 102 cases of patients with COPD,randomized divided into two group,control group and the observation group,both groups give regular anti-infection,oxygen,spasmolysis smooth wheezing,eliminating phlegm to support such suit treatment group based on the small doses aminophylline treatment.Giving observation group based on this small doses aminophylline treatment applied joint respiratory function training treatment;Observe two groups before and after the treatment of lung function change and clinical curative effect.Results The observation group after treatment significantly was better in the lung function indexes,the total effective rate,which was significantly higher than the control group,and recovering consciousness was significantly better than the control group for a short time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Small doses aminophylline joint respiratory function training can be effectively improve patients with COPD clinical symptoms and significantly shortened consciousness,enhance the curative effect of recovery time.the lung function were improved more significantly during recovery period.
