| 摘 要： | 目的探讨垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油治疗支气管扩张大咯血的疗效及不良反应。方法选取入住我科的支气管扩张大咯血患者80例,随机分为垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油组(治疗组)和单用垂体后叶素组(对照组),分别观察两组80小时内止血效果及药物不良反应。结果治疗组止血效果优于对照组,而不良反应发生率低于对照组。结论垂体后叶素联合硝酸甘油能迅速、有效、安全的治疗支气管扩张大咯血。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effect and adverse reactions of pituitary together with nitroglycerin to treat massive hemoptysis induced by bronchiectasis.Methods Choose 78 cases of massive hemoptysis patients induced by bronchiectasis who were hospitalized in our department.They were randomly divided into pituitary together with nitroglycerin group(treatment group) and pituitary group(control group).Observe the hemostasis efficacy and adverse drug reactions of the two groups within 72 hours.Results The treatment group using pituitary together with nitroglycerin was superior to the control group.The adverse reactions had lower incidence in treatment group than that in control group.Conclusion Pituitary together with nitroglycerin to treat the massive hemoptysis induced by bronchiectasis is quick,effective and safe. |
