枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合治疗功能性便秘的疗效观察

目的观察枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法采用随机对照研究,将144例功能性便秘患者随机分为3组:A组为治疗组,共48例,口服枸橼酸莫沙必利5mg/次,3次/日,双歧杆菌四联活菌片1.5/次,3次/日;对照组分为B、C两组,B组48例,口服枸橼酸莫沙必利5mg/次,3次/日;C组48例,口服双歧杆菌四联活菌片1.5/次,3次/日。4周后复查肝肾功能,记录不良反应,观察症状缓解情况并回访复发情况,作对比分析。结果治疗4周后,枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合治疗组的有效率为87.5%,明显优于单用枸橼酸莫沙必利及双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),且治疗组与对照组间复发率的差别也有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后均未发现明显不良反应。结论枸橼酸莫沙必利与双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合治疗功能性便秘疗效满意,不良反应少,是目前治疗功能性便秘的可行方案。

Observation of the Efficacy of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live) Combined with Mosapride Citrate Tables in the Management of Functional Constipation

Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live) and Mosapride citrate Tables in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods A randomized controlled study was carried out on 144 functional constipation patients.The patients were randomly divided into three groups :group A(Combination therapy group,n=48) take Mosapride citrate Tables orally 3mg and Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live) 1.5 pieces every time,3 times per day.group B(control group,n=48) take Mosapride citrate Tables orally 3mg every time,3 times per day.group C(control group,n=48) take Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live) 1.5 pieces,3 times per day.After 4 weeks,the Liver and kidney function,adverse reactions,ease of symptoms and recurrence of three groups were compared and analyzed.Results After 4 weeks treatment,the total effective rate of group A was 87.5%,statistically significantly higher than control groups(P<0.05).compared with control groups,the recurrence reduced significantly in combination treatment group(P<0.05).Adverse reactions were not found significant in all three groups.Conclusion He combination of Bifidobacterium Tetravaccine Tablets(Live) and Mosapride citrate Tables in the treatment of functional constipation has satisfactory clinical efficacy and high safety,it is a feasible method in the treatment of functional constipation.
