| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三种低分子肝素钙治疗不稳定性心绞痛的经济效果.方法：应用药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法,对三种不稳定性心绞痛治疗方案的疗效进行回顾性分析评价.结果：方案C组为最佳方案.结论：通过分析,说明药物经济学的成本-效果分析方法在优化治疗方案,指导合理用药,提高经济效益方面具有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the economics consequences of low molecular heparin in the treatment of UAP. Method: A retrospective analysis of three treatment projects of UAP was made by using the cost-effectiveness analysis. Result: Group C was the best project. Conclusion: The pharmacoeconomics analysis plays an important role in optimizing treatment projects and enhancing economic returns. |
