| 摘 要： | 目的探讨侵犯中央沟区的脑胶质瘤的手术治疗方法。方法回顾性分析了我科2008年1月至2009年10月收治的26例中央沟附近的胶质瘤患者的临床资料。全部患者在神经导航指导下行手术治疗。结果本组病例肿瘤全切18例,近全切除8例。术后病理诊断:星形细胞瘤19例,少突胶质细胞瘤4例,胶质母细胞瘤3例。术后出现偏瘫5例,3例出院前恢复;单侧肢体肌力减退7例,术后1月左右均逐步恢复正常。结论神经导航定位下切除中央沟附近的胶质瘤,不仅可提高肿瘤的全切率,而且可降低术后致残率,明显改善患者预后。
