| Abstract: | Combined with the practical status of appointment registration service in Northern Jiangsu People’s Hospital,the paper introduces the construction of the platform.Through formulating registration process,detailing the service management,optimizing the information platform,out - patients registration service would be promoted.The problems of real - name system,missed appointment ratio, promotion restrictions are also discussed. |
