肿瘤化疗病人抑郁的调查分析及其相关因素

目的研究肿瘤化疗病人抑郁的调查分析及其影响因素,以提高肿瘤化疗病人的心理承受能力,从而做好心理护理。方法采用Hamilton抑郁症量表简表,对58例肿瘤化疗病人进行抑郁问卷调查,以分析抑郁及其影响因素。结果肿瘤化疗病人抑郁占32.76%,高于人群5%-10%的患病率。尤以年龄的增长、教育水平的降低、以及无固定经济来源较为突出(P<0.05)。结论在治疗病人疾病的同时,要重视社会心理因素,给予必要的健康教育和心理护理,以减轻肿瘤化疗病人的抑郁状态。

Factors and investigate of depression of chemical treatment patient with cancer

Objective To evaluate the depression and influence factors in chemical treatment patient with cancer, so as to improve their mental endurance and practice psychological nursing. Method By using the Hamilton depression form, 58 patients who were investigate by a questionnaire. Results Depression happened 32.76% in 58 chemical treatment patients, which is higher than the prevalence rate (5% -10% ) . The chief influence factors were age, education level, and individual income. The symptoms were the signific ant factor to the chemical treatment patient (P<0.05) . Conclusion It is necessary to take some intervention such as psychosocial therapy and education to lighten patient's depression.
