| 摘 要： | 用高效液相色谱法测定胃脘舒冲剂中甘草酸的含量，采用 μＢｏｎｄａｐａｋ Ｃ_（１８）柱， ３． ９ ｍｍ ×３００ ｍｍ，流动相甲醇－１． ５ ｍｏｌ／Ｌ冰醋酸水溶液（６８： ３２），流速 １． ０ ｍＬ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长 ２５４ ｎｍ，测定结果平均回收率为９７．４１％，ＲＳＤ＝１．２％。

| Abstract: | HPLC method was developed for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Weiwanshu granules, a preparation containing Radix Glycyrrhizae,Codo-nopsis and Paeoniae alba etc.for the regulation of gastric acidity to protect gastric mucosa.u Bondapak C18 column was used with a mobile ph-ase of methanol 1.5mol/L acetic acid(68:32)and detected at 254nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The extraction recovery was 97.41%(RSD=1.2%).The method was simple, rapid and well reproducible.It can be used as a reliable method for the quality control of Weiwanshu granules. |
