| 摘 要： | 深静脉栓塞是人工髋关节置换术后最常见的并发症,对本病的预防性治疗已被临床医生重视,文章从西医预防、中医预防、机械式预防3个方面阐述了本病当前的治疗进展,提出应努力建立完整性、系统性的术前评估体系,并制定出最佳治疗方案。

Study Progress in Prevention of Deep Venous Embolism After the Artificial Hip Replacement |

| Abstract: | Deep venous embolism is the most frequent complication after the artificial hip replacement, clinical doctors attach importance to the preventive therapy more and more. The paper, from prevention of western medicine, prevention of TCM, mechanical prevention, expounded current therapeutic progress, proposed that the integrative and systematic system of preoperative evaluation should be established for setting up the best treatment plan. |
