摘    要:目的使用直接测汞仪,建立测定食品中汞含量的新方法。方法采用热分解齐化原子吸收法,直接测定食品中汞的含量。结果回归方程为A=0.043 0 Hg+0.0160相关系数为R=0.999 5,线性范围为0.00~10.00 ng,精密度为0.62%~17.2%,回收率为85.8%~105.8%,检出限为0.03 ngHg。结论该方法操作简便快速,各项指标均可满足食品中汞的测定要求。

Abstract:Objective]To establish a new method for mercury determination in food by direct mercury analyzer.Methods]The mercury content in food was determined by thermal decomposition/amalgamation atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results] The regression equation: A=0.043 0 Hg+0.016 0;correlation coefficient : R=0.999 5;the linear range was 0.00-10.00 ng;precision was 0.62%-17.2 %;recoveries were 85.8%-105.8%;detection limit was 0.03 ngHg.Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid.The indicators can meet the requirements of determination of mercury in food.
