医院感染患病率调查分析

目的了解住院患者医院感染现状及其影响因素。方法采用点患病率调查方法,对某医院2010年和2011年分别抽取某时间点所有住院患者医院感染率进行了调查与分析。结果 2010年调查时间点实查该医院住院患者846例,发生医院感染47例、48例次,医院感染患病率为5.5%,例次感染率为5.6%。2011年调查时间点实查该医院住院患者792例,发生医院感染患者43例、48例次,医院感染患病率为5.4%,例次感染率为6.0%。医院感染发生部位以呼吸道感染为主,两年的构成比分别为66.7%和58.3%。结论该医院连续两年同在夏季的月份,医院感染患病率无明显差别,应根据调查结果有针对性地提出有效防控措施。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON PREVALENCE RATE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION

Objective To know the infection status of inpatients and influence factors.Methods Point prevalence rate investigation was used to survey and analysis the prevalence rate of inpatients at a time point in our hospital in 2010 and 2011.Result 846 patients were investigated in 2010,47 patients and 48 cases had nosocomial infection,the prevalence rate was 5.5%,and the case prevalence rate was 5.6%.792 patients were investigated in 2011,43 and 48 cases patients had nosocomial infection,the prevalence rate was 5.4%,and the case prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 6.0%.The main infection site was respiratory tract,which accounting for 66.7% in 2010,and 58.3% in 2011.Conclusion There′s no significant differences between the two consecutive years of nosocomial infection rate.We should take effective measures of prevention and control hospital infection based on the investigation.
