上海市某区口腔诊疗消毒现状和监管对策

目的了解口腔诊疗机构卫生消毒与灭菌现状,进一步规范医疗机构口腔诊疗消毒技术。方法通过现场查看和口头询问方式,对辖区内30家医疗机构口腔诊疗操作中消毒现状进行了调查。结果该区口腔诊疗机构均能做到诊疗区域与清洗消毒区分开设置,但存在布局不合理的问题。有16家医疗机构器械清洗消毒区域标识不清,消毒流程不规范。少数医疗机构口腔科未配备压力蒸汽灭菌器,手机配备不足。口腔诊疗机构缺少专职口腔护士,均为初中级职称人员。口腔诊疗机构规章制度健全者占76.67%。有1/3口腔诊疗机构使用消毒灭菌备用时间过期的牙科手机和备用手机灭菌后包装不合格。结论该区医疗机构口腔诊疗单位消毒管理存在缺陷,应限期整改,提高消毒与灭菌管理水平。

RESEARCH ON THE DENTAL CLINIC DISINFECTION STATUS QUO AND MONITORING MEASURES IN A CERTAIN DISTRICT OF SHANGHAI

Objective To understand the disinfection and sterilization status of the dental clinic to further standardize the disinfection technology of the dental clinic of the medical institutions.Methods View on the spot and verbally asked methods were used to investigate the disinfection status in the operation of the dental clinic in 30 medical institutions of the area.Results The diagnosis and treatment region and cleaning and disinfection region were divided in dental clinics of this area but unreasonable layout existed.In 16 medical institutions the area signs of equipment cleaning and disinfection were unclear and the disinfection process was not standardized.A few medical institutions in dentistry were not equipped with pressure steam sterilizer and the phone was insufficient.Full-time oral nurses in dental clinic were deficient and most were junior high school grade technicians.76.67% of dental clinics had perfect rules and regulations and 1/3 of the dental clinics used dental handpieces over the sterilization time and backup phone with unqualified packaging.Conclusion The disinfection management of dental clinic in medical institutions of the area has defects and should be rectified in time to improve the level of disinfection and sterilization management.
