1567例住院患者医院感染现患率调查

目的了解住院患者医院感染现状,为医院感染预防和控制工作提供科学依据。方法采取横断面调查方法,通过临床查看和查阅病历对某医院2011年9月15日所有住院患者医院感染现患率进行了调查。结果调查当日实查住院患者1 567例,发生医院感染患者51例、54例次,医院感染现患率为3.25%、例次感染率为3.45%。感染部位以下呼吸道居首位,占38.89%,以重症监护室住院患者现患率最高(占17.65%)。当日住院患者抗菌药物使用率为43.27%。医院感染患者标本中检出致病菌以革兰阴性菌为主,占68.42%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染现患率处于常规状态,感染患者相对集中在重症病房,应加强对高危科室的监测与管理。

SURVEY ON PREVALENCE RATE OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF 1567 HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS

Objective To know the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and provide scientific basis for infection prevention and control of the hospital.Methods Cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate prevalence rate of nosocomial infection of all inpatients on September 15,2011 by checking the clinical view and medical records.Results There are 51 patients,54 cases of infections among all the 1 567 hospitalized patients.The nosocomial infection prevalence rate was 3.25% and the rate of infection times was 3.45%.Lower respiratory tract was the first infection site,which accounting for 38.89%.The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in the ICU ranks first(accounting for 17.65%).The usage rate of antimicrobial drug was 43.27% during the day.The main pathogens detected out was Gram negative bacteria,which accounting for 68.42%.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection is in a normal state.The infected patients were relatively concentrated in ICU.The hospital should strengthen the monitoring and management of high-risk departments.
