胃镜消毒质量影响因素的研究

目的研究医院胃镜消毒质量及其影响因素,为提高胃镜消毒质量提供依据。方法采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对营口市8所不同类型医院胃镜消毒质量及其影响因素进行监测与分析。结果本次调查的8所医院胃镜共采集胃镜标本64例次,胃镜表面消毒合格率为60.94%,管腔内消毒质量合格率为57.81%,活检钳灭菌合格率为63.63%。调查发现,影响营口市医院胃镜消毒效果的主要因素是消毒剂浓度和胃镜初洗中刷洗不彻底。结论营口市医院胃镜消毒质量合格率偏低,应加强消毒管理,改善胃镜室工作条件,确保胃镜卫生消毒质量。

STUDY ON INFLUENCING FACTORS OF GASTROSCOPE DISINFECTION QUALITY

Objective To study the disinfection quality of hospital endoscopy and its influencing factors,to provide basis for improving the quality of gastroscope disinfection.Methods Field investigation and sampling examination method were used to monitor and analysis the gastroscope disinfection quality and its influencing factor in Yingkou city of 8 different types of hospital.Results 64 cases of gastroscope specimen in 8 hospitals were collected,the disinfection qualified rate of endoscopic surface was 60.94%,the qualified rate of the disinfection quality within the lumen was 57.81%,the qualified rate of sterilized biopsy forceps was 63.63%.The main factors affected gastroscope disinfection effect was disinfectant concentration and not entirely initial cleaning brush.Conclusion The gastroscope disinfection quality pass rate in Yingkou hospital was low.We should strengthen the disinfection management,improve gastroscope room working condition,ensure the quality of gastroscopy disinfection and sterilization.
