摘    要:目的了解某企业的职业病危害控制效果。方法对该企业单漂磷脂项目进行职业卫生学调查。结果经检测作业场所空气中过氧化氢浓度、工人接触的1天8 h等效A声级噪声、工作地点平均湿球黑球温度指数(WBGT)指数均符合要求;生产车间部分巡视位照度不符合要求。结论该项目职业病危害因素主要有过氧化氢、噪声、高温;因采取噪声控制设施效果好,一般不作为噪声作业;高温在最热月可能超标,应在每年最热月进行检测,并加强防护措施。

Abstract:Objective]To understand the control effect of occupational hazards in a enterprise.Methods]Occupational health survey was performed on the single-bleaching lecithin production project of this enterprise.Results] The air hydrogen peroxide concentration,8 h equivalent sound level A noise exposure per day,the average Wet Bulb Globe Temperature(WBGT) of workplace all met the requirements.The illumination of some inspection posts in production workshop did not meet the requirements.Conclusion]The main occupational hazards in this project are hydrogen peroxide,noise,heat.The workers do not expose to noise due to good effect of noise control facilities.The heat level may exceed standards in the hottest month,therefore,detection should be implemented during this period to strengthen the protection measures.
