住院病人医院感染横断面调查分析

目的了解医院住院患者院内获得感染基本情况,为制定监控措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院2011年9月26日全部住院患者进行了调查与分析。结果调查当日住院患者501例,实际调查498例,发生医院感染患者9例,医院感染现患率为1.81%。感染部位以呼吸道为主,构成比为44.44%,其中下呼吸道感染占33.33%。当日抗菌药物使用率42.16%,二联用药占33.33%。结论该医院住院患者院内感染现患率较低,抗菌药物使用率符合规范要求。

ANALYSIS OF CROSS - SECTIONAL INVESTIGATION OF HOSPITALIZED PATIENTS WITH NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION

Objective To know the basic status of hospitalized patients with nosocomial infection,and to provide the reliable evidence for making monitor measures.Methods Cross-sectional survey was used to investigate and analyze the total hospitalized patients on September 26,2011.Results Among 501 patients hospitalized,498 patients were investigated actually.9 patients had nosocomial infection,the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection was 1.81%.The common nosocomial infection site was the respiratory tract(44.44 %),of which the lower respiratory tract infection was 33.33 %.The day-use rate of antibiotic was 42.16 %,of which 33.33% of the antibiotics were combined used.Conclusion The prevalence rate of nosocomial infection is low of our hospitaled patients and the usage of antibiotics conforms to the standard.
