一种戊二醛消毒液相关性能的研究

摘    要:目的研究一种戊二醛消毒液的杀菌效果及其消毒相关性能。方法以载体定量和定性杀菌试验方法及动物试验方法,对该戊二醛消毒液进行了实验室和现场消毒试验观察。结果用浓度为20 g/L的该戊二醛消毒液对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用30 min,杀灭对数值均>3.00;作用5 h对载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到完全杀灭,且定性培养结果无菌生长。能量试验显示该戊二醛消毒液对大肠杆菌最低合格浓度为1 000 mg/L。用该浓度戊二醛消毒液连续浸泡医疗器械14 d后,其对载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用5 h,仍可完全杀灭载体上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢。该戊二醛消毒液对小鼠经口毒性LD50为>5 000 mg/kg,小鼠骨髓多染红细胞致微核试验结果阴性。结论该戊二醛消毒液具有较好的杀菌效果,属于无毒级物质,无致微核作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the germicidal efficacy and related disinfection properties of a glutaraldehyde disinfectant.Methods The carrier quantitative and qualitative germicidal tests and animal test were used to observe the disinfection properties of the glutaraldehyde disinfectant in laboratory and field test.Results The killing logarithm values of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger exposed to the 20 g/L glutaraldehyde disinfectant for 30 min was >3.00,and the spores could be killed completely exposed to this disinfectant for 5h and the results of the qualitative germicidal tests were negative.The minimum eligible concentration for killing Escherichia coli in capacity test was 1 000 mg /L.It could kill the spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger completely on the carriers with 5h contact time after using this concentration of glutaraldehyde disinfectant to soak medical devices for 14 d.The LD50 of the oral acute toxicity of the disinfectant in mice was >5 000 mg/kg bw.It was negative in the mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test.Conclusion The glutaraldehyde disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy.It belongs to non-toxic class substance and has no mutagenic effect.
