分级管理对内镜消毒质量的影响

目的实施院科两级强化管理和规范内镜清洗消毒方法。方法通过院科两级分级管理,采用现场监测方法,对使用后内镜及其环境消毒效果进行了监测。结果医院临床科室每月定期对本科使用的内镜及其他对象监测结果多数比医院感染管理部门监测的结果好;其中内镜消毒与灭菌效果总平均合格率,医院感染管理部门监测结果为91.00%,相关科室监测结果为99.14%,院科两级监测的灭菌级内镜全部达到无菌生长。结论该医院内镜清洗和消毒灭菌质量总体较好,灭菌级内镜完全合格,但院科两级监测结果存在差别,科级监测合格率高于医院感染管理部门监测结果。

THE INFLUENCE ON ENDOSCOPIC DISINFECTION QUALITY BY DIFFERENT LEVEL MANAGEMENT

Objective To strengthen the management and standardize the endoscopies cleaning and disinfection.Methods On-site monitoring was used to survey the disinfection effect of endoscopies and environment by two grade management.Results Most of the results of the clinical bed sections monthly monitoring of the endoscopies and other objects were better than the hospital infection management monitoring results.The average pass rate of endoscopies disinfection and sterilization effect surveyed by hospital infection management and by the relevant sections were 91.00% and 99.14% respectively.The sterilized endoscopies were all sterile detected by two-level monitoring.Conclusion The hospital quality of endoscope cleaning,disinfection and sterilization is good.The sterilized endoscopies are all qualified.But there are difference between the results of the two grade monitoring and the section-level monitoring results are better than hospital infection management monitoring results.
