186株革兰阴性菌耐消毒剂基因携带情况及抗药性观察

摘    要:目的研究临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌耐消毒剂基因及抗药性。方法用基因扩增技术和药敏试验方法,对临床分离的革兰阴性菌携带qacEΔ1-sull基因与耐药性进行了检测。结果分离自浙江省部分医院环境和病人感染标本的186株革兰阴性杆菌中,有81株携带qacEΔ1-sull基因,携带率为45.5%;其中鲍曼不动杆菌的携带率为70.0%。这些菌株对氨苄西林等19种临床常用抗菌药物耐药率均达60%以上,对美罗培南和阿米卡星耐药率分别为48.39%和30.65%。结论临床分离的革兰阴性菌耐消毒剂基因携带率较高,对临床常用抗菌药物普遍耐药。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution of disinfectant resistance gene(qacEΔ1-sull) in strains of the Gram negative bacillus isolated from clinical patients,and to analyze the antibiotic resistance of these isolates.Methods Polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the qacEΔ1-sull gene.Antibiotics sensitivity test was applied for drug resistance analysis.Results The positive detection ratio of the qacEΔ1-sull gene were 45.5%(81/186) for 186 patients′ and environmental isolates from some hospitals in Zhejiang.The positive detection ratios of the qacEΔ1-sull gene in Acinetobacter baumannii strains among all these isolates were 70.0%(28/40).All the percentages of these A.baumannii isolates resistant to Ampicillin and other 18 common antibiotics were greater than 60%.The percentages for Meropenem and Amikacin were 48.39% and 30.65% respectively.Conclusion The positive detection ratios of the disinfectant resistance gene(qacEΔ1-sull) in clinical Gram negative bacillus isolates are high.And the percentages of the isolates resistant to commonly used anti-biotic are high too.
